Regional economic development in the Metropole Ruhr

Business Metropole Ruhr GmbH (BMR) is the regional economic development agency for the whole Ruhr region. The BMR combines regional interests and develops the economic profile of the region together with the eleven towns and four districts of the region. The aim of the BMR is to transform the region into a leading economic site at a global level by increasing the work force, developing innovations for new markets and improving the quality of life here.As a service company, the BMR is the central service provider and contact partner for all economic issues relating to the Metropole Ruhr.
The BMR is a member of the Regionalverband Ruhr association (RVR).
